LABORATORY

After building everything properly, we take the equipment to rigorous laboratory tests. Good results are celebrated. Those whose results are not so satisfactory, we correct and re-test them to make sure the correction is done in order to deliver a product of excellence.

MANUFACTURING

The most modern machining park in the country, with 3 CNC (Computer Numeric Control) machining centres and equipment with electronic coordinates of absolute precision.

WOOD

Metalife uses Lyptus® FAS, the highest quality wood with a reforestation certificate – FSC-certified. The wood selection process to manufacture our products is 100% human! It is the tact and the vision that guide our selection. It’s all done with perfectionism to make an impeccable product for you.

STEEL

We use the best types of steel for each function in the equipment: Carbon steel 1020, of excellent mechanical resistance, and Stainless steel 304, of high corrosion and impact resistance as well as great durability.

UPHOLSTERY

Composed of the highest quality materials that do not deform or sink. It also presents excellent durability, and the precise rigidity for a good performance.

The market uses EVA,
MetaLife uses AG.

SPRINGS

Metalife springs are the highest quality. They receive a special anti-corrosion treatment that guarantees higher quality and durability providing much more safety.

MetaLife’s technical assistance – ASTEC – is the largest technical assistance network in Brazil. It is available in all regions of the country with specialized and trained technicians and aims to offer preventive tasks, maintenance and quality repair to its customers.
