The opening between the sliding carriages positioned in each column of the equipment allows to perform new exercises, working with different muscular chains.
The sliding carriages positioned on the columns, on the roll-down bar, enable to adjust the tensioning of the springs according to the height at which the sliding cross bar is positioned.

O REFORMER mais bonito do mercado permite que a barra de pés seja utlizada tanto na soleira, como na cabeceira do equipamento. O Stopper pode ser regulado na cabeceira do equipamento limitando o avanço do carro, proporcionando maior segurança. Duas molas podem ser engatadas na face frontal do carro, permitindo maior resistência no sentido inverso.

The new line, Wave, was one of the best things that Metalife has created recently. I really liked the wooden colour and its rounded finish. Metalife managed to develop its equipment in a beautiful and functional way due to its slightly bigger size on the sides, which provides more comfort for exercising. By my students’ reactions and reports, I can only thank Metalife for this new line.
